Hollie Nadel is a policy advocate, survivor leader, and business owner with unique expertise bridging business operations, anti-money laundering, and human trafficking policy. Her work focuses on advancing legislation, improving system responses, and equipping both public and private sector institutions to more effectively prevent and address human trafficking. As a survivor herself, Hollie brings a lived-experience lens to her advocacy, policy advising, and coalition-building efforts. Her speaking engagements include Congressional briefings, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Virginia Attorney General’s Annual Human Trafficking Summit, and the National Governors Association’s Criminal Justice Policy Advisors convening. Hollie serves on advisory boards for leading anti-trafficking organizations, including 3Strands Global Foundation and ALIGHT - Alliance to Lead Impact in Global Human Trafficking, where she advises on legislative strategy, survivor engagement, and systems reform.
